What we are about.
PROTECTING PROPERTY OWNERS FROM OVERREACHING AUTHORITY BY MIAMI DADE COUNTY.
Individuals within our County government have taken it upon themselves to place excessive, unjust, and sometimes illegal encumbrances on your property. We’re here to help.
HOW WE FIGHT?
We have a dedicated team of professionals committed to protecting your property rights through legal services, advocacy and legislative changes.
Do you feel you have been singled out? If the answer is yes, that is selective enforcement; selective enforcement is a violation of your rights and we will represent you to fight such injustice.

What people say
- I work every day and just couldn’t afford to stop working to fight government for their abusive actions. I am close to retiring and would have been unable to sell my property due to the government fines for a permit I had never closed. MDCCPR helped my voice be heard and allowed me to sell and retire with my life’s savings, not debt.
- The market was getting better and home was no longer under water. When I went to sell my home, the County had placed a lien on my home due to an open permit and the penalty escalated to more than my property was worth. I called MDCCPR and they are serving as my voice in government. I hope to sell my home before its too late.
